COVID-19: Carriers are reporting both processing and delivery delays due to heavy volumes impacting their networks and delays caused by COVID-19 safety measures.

When ordering from The Cozy Knitter your items are in-stock unless otherwise noted in the listing. Your items will ship within 2 weeks, often sooner.

You will receive a tracking number (some international destinations do not have a trackable option available) once your order has been packed and postage has been printed.

 

Canadian Orders:

Canadian packages are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator 

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days of shipping but please refer to Canada Post for the most up to date shipping estimates.

 

International Orders:

Packages are shipped via Canada Post, with local postal services for final delivery. Please note duty and import taxes may be assessed and are the responsibility of the customer

International orders typically arrive within 1-6 weeks, if you would like a better estimate for your location please contact me directly.

 

US Orders:

All US orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet, due to new tariff rules some delays may occur. Please note duty and import fees may be assessed and are the responsibility of the customer
